I like the overall thought of it. It has a nice concept, but a bit cliche and perhaps plays too much on the female characters' emotions. She seems way too sensitive in my opinion, but I guess that's just how you characterized her to be. I still can't get over the animation, it's really nice, felt like you really pooled all your energy into it. The only complaint I do have is about the presentation at the end--there was no real confrontation about him bringing the doll to her, or after dialogue to wrap things up.

[FrogMan the Series Episode 3]

Even with the somewhat bad animation cut in the episode, the humor is a better than the first two episodes. I feel it's a bit more of a relevance to me.

Still, there's some problems that were not addressed. The animation is still poor, and the lines are still mostly choppy. Well, this shows improvement!

Yeah, this was the episode that I finally switched over to using flash, half way through the episode though, and I didn't know a lot about flash at the time, so that ugly look is there halfway through. At least you found the plot and humor a bit more appealing! The writing and animation are a tad better in the 4th episode, and they are majorly improved in the 5th. Thanks for the review!

[FrogMan the Series Episode 2]

This is, I feel, worse than the first episode. The sexual jokes in here, go unappreciated to me. I feel like they're just thrown in to be put in. The execution of this episode seen to be lessened.

I'm not sure if the woman jokes got to me, or if this was just boring me. The fourth wall breaking feels a lot less impact given the show hasn't had much of a fictional world built up at all.

Sorry, but I just can't see this being a good series without a serious rewrite. I understand it's old and all but...this is just done so poorly in my opinion.

They are kind of put in there just to be in there, but Wise Frog is supposed to be that stereotypical perverted old man, so there is somewhat of a purpose for them. This episode did always seem a bit boring to me, though when it's just introducing more characters, what can you expect? And like I said in my last reply, there actually is a lot of backstory to the world and characters, but only I and a few other people know about that. So I can understand it not being inpacting. it's my fault for releasing what it essentially a series to a big story, without releasing the big story first. And don't worry, there have been several rewrites. There's sexual jokes sometimes, but I have tried toning things down a bit while still keeping the original nature. I think the writing gets a lot better after episode 5... unfortunately those episodes have still yet to come out. Thanks for the review!

[FrogMan the Series Episode 1]

There's a lot wrong with this. I could barely get through the first two minutes. The animation, for one is horrible. It feels 2-D and the sounds are half decent. It feels really forced, like the lines they're saying her choppy and barely relate to each other line.

The thing that is worst is that I feel the animation plus the comedy that tries to happen here does not work out. I think the best way to describe this is to say some comedy doesn't work out in certain forms.

Overall, I'll say I'm glad you gave it effort and kept the series going.

I completely agree with this. It's a shame how bad of a first episode this is, I really think it's turned a lot of people off for the rest of a series that does get really good (in my opinion anyways). The animation gets a lot better in the 4th episode (and it's really a lot better in the 5th) because I finally switched over to flash. There is a lot of back story to this world and its characters, but no one except me knows about that, so that's probably why some of the setups and comedy don't work. Even though this is old and I have fixed some things with the episodes that haven't been made yet, it's still helpful. Thanks for the review!

[Adrellia Village #45: SE]

I feel there was a strong improvement with the lip flaps, especially with the girls. The writing has stay solid, and the backgrounds I feel are better(but maybe just because there were no sky against something against something).

But, something else troubles me; why pick to focus on Drake being missing? I feel like there could've been more mixed in plot wise, but that's just a personal opinion.

[Adrellia Village #43: SE]

I felt like this was a shorter episode, much shorter. With proper planning could have been added or split with the earlier episode, or added with the next update. I find it really strange to have one long episode of 10 minutes, then an almost four minute one afterwards. It leaves me confused about how often an update is.

Video wise, the animation was okay. When Drake and the brunette woman were arguing, the middle part with the womans' lip syncing appeared choppy. Given this episode was shorter, it stood out much more. I would say do a quick quality check to make sure lip syncing is okay will all scenes, especially if you want to make a shorter video for impact.

Overall, a decent flash.
